A bit sour beer, with strawberry and peach, fruit of the collaboration with our friends of La Quince Brewery.

Hops, hops & more hops, with aromas given by Vermont yeast, make that this beer has an incredible tropical fruity aroma and flavor.

Result of the collaboration with Cevezas Chutney family, from Tenerife.

Style: New England IPA

Malts: Pale, Wheat, Oats

Hops: Mosaic, Simcoe & Citra



Sour, salty and refreshing.

A very special Gose, brewed in collaboration with Cerveses La Pirata. It’s made with ‘tuno indio’ (Opuntia dillenii) and local salt from Tenefé.

Style: Gose

Hops: Tomahawk
